Shipping policy

Items are made when ordered and paid, this takes 3-5 days.  Please allow 3-5 days for standard shipping through USPS or UPS in normal weather and non-pandemic circumstances. shipped from Iowa. 

Please double check your orders for the correct entry of address.   Everhartz Designz will not be responsible for additional shipping charges if returned due to wrong address.

If the Shipping company loses your package or comes damaged,  please send them an inquiry, as there will be $100 shipping insurance through them for the replacement costs.  

For pick up, you will get a notice when it is ready for pick up.  Everhartz Designz has already arranged with you where this will be.
